Deleting your Trendeen data
You can delete your account from Settings without contacting support. Removing the app from Facebook or Instagram also triggers a deletion request automatically.
What happens
- 1Your account is deactivated immediately: sessions are revoked, our access to your Meta accounts is revoked at Meta, and entry and withdrawal are disabled.
- 2You have 7 days to change your mind — sign back in to cancel.
- 3After that, your profile, sign-in identities, tokens, connected accounts, cached posts and notifications are removed. The purge completes within 30 days.
- 4Settled competition results are retained with your entry shown as a removed creator, and financial records are retained under a pseudonymous identifier for the statutory period. Deletion must not rewrite the outcome of a competition other people entered.
Deletion is blocked while you have a live entry, a pending withdrawal or a non-zero wallet balance. Each blocker links to the action that clears it.
